Mt. Hood Family Photographer | Portland, Oregon | Adventurous Motherhood Session

This beautiful pacific northwest day started with meeting up Kelsey and her daughter at a campsite on Timothy Lake near her husband's worksite where he's working on building another campsite for the camping lovers of Oregon! I have always loved visiting this lake on Mount Hood, too; for hiking, swimming, and kayaking. On this day, we started with a swim before starting off our easy going family session! It was a seriously hot July day so a swim in the lake was just what we needed. Emery was either nervous laughing or gleefully giggling the whole time in the water, it was so adorable.

Kelsey + Emery started out twinning in the cutest matching denim overalls on the sunlit forest floor of the Mt. Hood Wilderness. Then it was time to head down to the lakeside with mom, dad, their little, and their soon to be 2nd little growing in mom's tummy. We splashed around the lakeside and Kelsey finished with another dip in the lake! It was the perfect afternoon.
